December 19,2020 Trump tweets:

“Big protest in DC on January 6th…Be there, will be wild!”

January 02,2021 - Gohmert

Congressman Louie Gohmert responds to the US District Court’s dismissal of a frivolous lawsuit attempting to overturn the election. Dismissal by saying:

“The bottom line is, the court is saying, ‘We’re not going to touch this. You have no remedy’ — basically, in effect, the ruling would be that you gotta go the streets and be as violent as antifa and BLM,…go to the streets and be violent”

January 04, 2021 - first request for DC Guard

DC Mayor Muriel Bowser requests the National Guard in advance of the Certification of Electors and coinciding Trump rally.

Trump limits the Guard’s response to traffic control, he prohibits them from carrying weapons and he forbids them from providing tactical support to law enforcement.

January 06, 2021 - Trump lies repeatedly about election fraud and whips his mob into a frenzy with his lies.

January 06, 2021 - Trump responds to Giuliani’s suggestion that “trial by combat” determine the election outcome by saying:

“Rudy, you did a great job. He’s got guts. You know what? He’s got guts, unlike a lot of people in the Republican party. He’s got guts, he fights. He fights, and I’ll tell you.”

January 06, 2021 - Trump states:

“All Vice-President Pence has to do is send it back to the States to recertify, and we become president, and you are the happiest people”

Trump then asks for another “favor”

“I said…”Do me a favor, go back eight weeks. I want to go back eight weeks. Let’s go back eight week.” We want to go back, and we want to get this right because we’re going to have somebody in there that should not be in there and our country will be destroyed, and we’re not going to stand for that…We’re going to have to fight much harder and Mike Pence is going to have to come through for us.

Trump direct his mob to the Capitol:

"We’re going to walk down. We’re going to walk down any one you want, but I think right here. We’re going walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators, and congressmen and women. We’re probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them because you’ll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength, and you have to be strong… But we’re going to try and give our Republicans, the weak ones, because the strong ones don’t need any of our help, we’re going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country… or you will have a president to put it another way, who was voted on by a bunch of stupid people who lost all of these things. You will have an illegitimate president, that’s what you’ll have. And we can’t let that happen.”

January 06, 2021 – During the siege at the Capitol, Trump calls a US Senator (Tuberville) and asks that he slow down the certification of electors – does not inquire about anyone’s well being or offer assistance with their protection. Literally requests a delay while the Senator is secured in a bunker for his own protection from a violent mob.

January 06, 2021 - the DC Mayor and the several Capitol lawmakers under siege request backup from DC National Guard because the line of succession was in jeopardy from Trump's "wild" mob. Trump refuses these requests for assistance and leaves an outnumbered Capitola Police Department without backup while they were perilously close to losing the line of succession to his mob.

January 06, 2021 - 90m minutes after Trump denied requests for aid from the DC Guard, VP Pence and Whitehouse counsel Cippollina approve multiple requesst and the DC Guard is finally activated.

January 06 2021 – House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (from neighboring Maryland) becomes frustrated with lack of aid from DC national Guard; calls Maryland Governor Larry Hogan requesting Maryland deploy its National Guard troops.

Republican Governor Hogan immediately orders his National Guard to provide aid. Trump blocks deployment of Maryland Guard into DC. Hogan then dispatches Maryland State Police to provide mutual aid.

Hogan has yet to receive any explanation for Trump denying access to MD guard during insurrection despite having demanded justification for holding back his assistance.

January 06, 2021 – Republican Senator from Nebraska Ben Sasse is informed by senior Whitehouse officials that Trump was delighted b the unfolding siege at the Nation’s Capitol

“As this was unfolding on television, Donald Trump was walking around the White House confused about why other people on his team weren’t as excited as he was as you had rioters pushing against Capitol Police trying to get into the building…That was happening. He (Trump) was delighted.”

January 06, 2021 - Trump calls the insurrection special people and declares that he loves them.

January 07, 2021 – Trump expresses regret over having made a video committing to the peaceful transfer of power.

This timeline shows a series of intentional acts and omissions, a praise and admiration from rap to the seditionists, a cal to attend, be wild and fight that demonstrate beyond any reasonable doubt that Trump attempted to overthrow our government with the help of a violent mob, conspiratorial officials and massive fraud of his own related to knowing false statements. Fraud in the indecent of this mob to attempt at a coup exists in his repeated and fraudulent allegations about the integrity of the election
